Jonathan Butler - You Got to Believe in Something Lyrics

Rate:

People talk about the weather
Like it’s always gonna rain
They say it’s getting harder
When's it ever gonna change?
Take a look at all the flowers in the field
For none were dressed like this (Matthew 6:28-29)

Chorus

You got to believe in something
You got to believe in something
You got to believe
All things work together for the good
No matter what the costs
No matter all things lost
You got to believe in something

You got to believe

So much anger and confusion
Can make you lose your way
Forget the world around you
Make strong your faith and pray
Look at the birds up in the sky
No they don’t reap
But soon they'll find a way to feed

Chorus

I'm totally addicted to this song. I don't even wanna watch TV or do anything but listen to this song all day. Jonathan Butler is awesome and "You got to believe in something" is the sweetest song ever recorded.
