The American singer and songwriter Christina Perri, has released worldwide for digital download on October 18, 2011 the “A Thousand Years” song which is taken from the album “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1” soundtrack. This romantic piano ballad is the second single of the album and is about a lover who finds his other companion after waiting like forever.

The video surprises with shots of Perri singing, as well as some scenes from “Breaking Dawn,” including the highly-anticipated wedding between Edward and Bella.
