Eucharist was a Swedish death metal band that formed in the little town of Veddige in 1989. In 1992 they recorded a demo which was very well received by the underground, soon followed by a 7" release on Obscure Plasma (later to become Avantgarde Music) and they also recorded a song called "The View" for a Peaceville compilation album.
