Fokofpolisiekar are a punk-rock , Afrikaans, South African band from Bellville in Cape Town formed in 2003. The band has been the cause of much controversy amongst the general public- generally due to the name of the band translating to ‘F*ck Off Police Car’, and the lyrical content of their songs.
