British India is a local alternative rock band from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The band consists of four. Declan Melia on lead vocals, Nic Wilson on lead guitar, Will Drummond on lead bass and Matt O'Gorman on lead drums. British India have been awarded the 'Best New Independent Artist' award at the 2007 Air Awards. British India is with Shock Records.
