Estelares is an Argentinian band, based in La Plata city. They released they first album, <#8220;Extraño Lugar<#8221;, in 1996, followed later by <#8220;Amantes Suicidas<#8221; (1998) and <#8220;Ardimos<#8221; (2003). Their lastest album, <#8220;Sistema Nervioso Central<#8221;, is considered one of their strongest efforts to date.
They show a wide range of influences, from The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Neil Young to the indie rock of Wilco mixed with some bits of tango.
