Formed in 1992, Ethereal Scourge attracted the interest of Steve Rowe (the Mortification frontman), resulting on some Rowe Production compilation appearances and eventually a debut album. Judgement And Restoration remains one of the better Christian metal releases in the last several years, a well done and fairly unique blend of mid-paced death metal and crunchy thrash riffing. The band was not heard from again and is presumed to be no more.
