Heir Apparent was a progressive metal band that formed in 1984 in Seattle, USA. In 1986 they released their debut album through a small independent label in France called Black Dragon Records who unfortunately ripped them off and never paid them any money. The label problems were probably the reasons why the band's career was cut short. In 1999 the band was reformed again and they are supposed to record new material this year (2002).
