The group solidified their current lineup in 2008 with Marc Verity (Vocals), Mathew Barletta (Guitar/Vocals), Johnny <#8220;Fucking<#8221; Barbas (Drums) and Zach Bond (Bass).

Their first EP, <#8220;Building An Empire<#8221;, produced by Casey Crescenzo (ex-The Receiving End of Sirens, The Dear Hunter) was released in June 2008. Their Sophomore effort, the EP <#8220;This Is A Murder Scene<#8221; was recorded at Nada Studios with John Naclerio (Brand New, My Chemical Romance, Matchbook Romance, Senses Fail) and released July 6th, 2009.

The band has been touring heavily including the <#8220;I Got Caught Touching Your Sis-Tour<#8221;, <#8220;Benicio del Tour-o<#8221; and the <#8220;2 Cool 4 Skool Tour<#8221; and a stint on the 2008 Van<#8217;s Warped Tour. Playing to sold-out hometown crowds of 1000+, the band has shared the stage with acts including, The Cab, VersaEmerge, There For Tomorrow, The Ataris and more.

The band will be on the <#8220;Flirting w/ DisasTOUR<#8221; this November with City Lights and Time < Distance.
