Ich Troje is a Polish pop group created in 1996 in <#321;ód<#378;. It is currently made up of Micha<#322; Wi<#347;niewski, Jacek <#321;<#261;gwa and Anna <#346;wi<#261;tczak ( from 2003 ). Previous members include Magda Pokora (aka Magda Femme, 1996-2000), and Justyna Majkowska (2000-2003). Wi<#347;niewski, the charismatic red/green-haired singer, has been one of the most popular people in Polish show business for several years. The group<#8217;s name can be translated as <#8220;The Three of Them.<#8221;
Ich Troje rise to fame started in the late 1990s and picked in early 2000s when its pop and pop-rock influenced songs stayed atop Polish music charts. The band competed twice in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2003 and 2006. Ich Troje disbanded in 2003 but were reunited in 2006. Since mid-2000s the band keeps lower profile but it is about to come back with new album in fall of 2008.
