mpure, an indie pop rock band from Leeds, formed in the summer of 2003. With a varying repertoire, from acoustic to pumped up distortion, Impure add as much variation and excitement to their performances as a young band possibly can. At present there are four members of Impure, incorporating two guitars, bass, drums and shared vocals.Sonya Tate - vocals / guitar
Rob Bedard - guitar / vocals
Matt Bedard - bass
Tom Bracho - drums
At this early stage in the band's life, Impure have already been likened to bands such as The Manics, Oasis and Echobelly. Already developing a following of fans, Impure are looking to go onwards and upwards, whilst continuing to have fun and leaving audiences with something to remember.
