Jelena Karleuša Toši<#263; (Serbian Cyrillic: <#1032;<#1077;<#1083;<#1077;<#1085;<#1072; <#1050;<#1072;<#1088;<#1083;<#1077;<#1091;<#1096;<#1072;), also known as JK, is a Serbian turbo-folk singer,[1][2] who has been described as "Serbia's second-biggest pop star" (after Ceca)[3] and the "queen of lust".[4]Karleuša was born in Belgrade on 17 August 1978 to a Serb father, senior police officer Dragan Karleuša,[3] and a Slovene mother, Divna. She began her singing career in the mid-90s and gained popularity with her debut album, Ogledalce (1995), selling more than 100,000 copies in Serbia and Montenegro. She has since had several #1 hits, most of which were written by Marina Tucakovi<#263;. Jelena has released eight studio albums, which charted in Serbia, Montenegro and neighboring countries such as Croatia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria. Her biggest hits are: "Zovem se Jelena", "Gili Gili", "Luda<#269;a", "Nije ona,nego ja", "Još Te Volim", "Manijak", "Samo Za Tvoje O<#269;i", "Moj Dragi", "Slatka Mala", "Upravo Ostavljena", "Nisi U Pravu", "Casino", "Tihi Ubica", "Testament", "Jedna No<#263; I Kajanje", "Baš Je Dobro Biti Ja", "Ko Ti To Baje" and "Insomnia".
She grew up in Belgrade where she finished her highschool. Jelena has two been married twice. The first marriage happened in 2004 with Bojan Kari<#263;, a son of a famous Serbian businessman. Their marriage was described as marriage of the century, but it was not to last. They divorced after four months. Jelena then met and married footballer Duško Toši<#263; who plays in Portsmouth, England. They married in 2008.
Jelena became a mother of a girl named Atina (Serbian for Athens) on September 7, 2008. Exactly one year later, on the same date, their second daughter Nika was born.
Jelena participated in reality show Big Brother All Stars VIP in Serbia as a special guest and left the house on the second day of the show.
Jelena's last song, 'Insomnia', featuring Mirza Hamzi<#263;, was downloadeded 1.5 million times from her website, just a day after its official premiere on the final night of the famous reality show Big Brother. 'Insomnia' also took the third place on the world list of most viewed videos on youtube, with over 4.000.000 views for 2 weeks. The song is a makeover of the Bollywood mega hit sang by Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (RNBDJ) - Dance Pe Chance. Jelena's PR confirmed that the copyrights were bought from the original author, and that plagiarism accusations are false.Contents [hide]

JKWear is JK's fashion brand. Collection was made together with famous Serbian fashion designer, Darko Kostic. It is fully designed wear that includes dresses, belts and other accessories.
