KELUN (<#12465;<#12523;<#12531;), formerly Utari (<#12454;<#12479;<#12522;), are a three-piece rockband formed in 2006 in Japan. The band original band lineup was guitarist and vocalist <#20816;<#23798;<#20142;<#20171; (Ryousuke Kojima) [ex-member of Pick2Hand], bassist [bandmember from=2006 to 2008]<#20304;<#34276;<#21608;<#20316; (Shuusaku Satou)[/bandmember] [ex-member of FREENOTE] and drummer <#26806;<#35895;<#38597;<#24344; (Masahiro Kajitani) [ex-member of KOHL].
In 2008, bassist Shuuskau Satou left the band, and was later reaplaced with bassist <#22914;<#20154; (Yukito)
KELUN’s first album UTARI was released independently under the label sweet honey records, but they were later signed by SME Records and re-released the album under the name Astral Lamp. SIGNAL, the first song from the album was featured in TV Tokyo’s anime Gintama in 2007.
Their song HEART BEAT is also the opening theme of the japanese drama RH Plus.
On September 1st, 2009, KELUN announced they would temporarily cease their activity until further notice after their live performance on October 25th. Each member will still continue their individual music career.
