The musical foundation of Leftovers For Andy evolved from a series of late night jam sessions in a confide basement somewhere in Stavanger, Norway. Starting as a two-piece instrumental act, Krister and Knut recruited Andreas to join in on drums. After some auditions and experimentation with different line-ups, they constituted a four-piece band with Vegard as the frontman.

Their music ranges from funkrock to hardrock, and is influenced by the likes of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, Muse and many more.

Leftovers for Andy finally emerged from their underground rehearsal space in 2011 when they started playing live gigs, and recorded their very first EP, Leftovers For Andy EP with producer Matthew Castle.
