Madcon is a Norwegian rap group formed by Tshawe Baqwa ( a.k.a. Kapricon) and Yosef Wolde-Mariam (a.k.a. Critical). The name Madcon is short for "Mad Conspiracy".
The band got recognition for their cooperation with Paperboys on the track "Barcelona", and their album "It Is All A Madcon" gave them the Norwegian "Spellemannprisen" in 2004 for best Hip-Hop/RnB
