Formed in the summer of 1996, Psycore is quickly using its DIY attitude to break its way into the heavy metal scene.
The band, former schoolmates Markus Jann (vocals), Hansi Baumgartner (bass), Hans Wilholm (drums) and Carlos Sepulveda (guitar), came together in Gothenburg, Sweden before relocating to London. From the beginning the members of Psycore decided that they were going to make music on their own terms. They recorded their futuristic slag-metal in their own practice space. The resulting album, appropriately titled Your Problem, was released in Europe in early 1998 and will be let loose in America later in the year.
