SCC is melodic indie rock which combines the upbeat sound of eighties influenced rock-pop with today's brand of hook-laden emo. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, this young group that features former members of Curbside Service made the move out west to Santa Barbara, California with high intentions on making their new home a new starting point for them as a group and as individuals. The move out west gave the group a different perspective on life, music and everything else they had previously experienced.
