British singer Sade and hitmaker Jay-Z have teamed up for the remix of The Moon and the Sky, which appears on the soulful singer's greatest hits upcoming album entitled The Ultimate Collection. The song, a production of Noah "40" Shebib, has an interesting and appealing mix of sounds, with Sade's smooth vocals coupled with Jay-Z's rough verses.

Sade tends to stick to her signature sound, which is a mellow mix of soul, R&B, jazz, and soft rock. The remix of Moon and the Sky features heavy drums, and also gets an edgier quality thanks to a rap verse from Jay-Z.
