After breaking the record of being oldest living person which appears on the Billboard hot 100 singles with his duet to Amy Winehouse 'Body and Soul', the 85-year-old Tony Bennett has once again scored a new record.
Tony's newly released Duets II which features artists like Lady GaGa, Mariah Carey, Andrea Bocelli, Carrie Underwood, Aretha Franklin has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums charts by selling 179,000 copies in the first week.
The music video of the Lady GaGa's duet 'Lady Is A Tramp' will make the debut next Monday, October 3rd.
Meanwhile, such holdovers as Lady Antebellum's "Own the Night" and Adele's "21" sit in between the new releases by occupying No. 2 and 3 respectively. Former champion Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter IV" claims the fifth spot, while Jay-Z and Kanye West's "Watch the Throne" takes the ninth place.
