One day before she releases the official song on iTunes, the Philadelphia hailing singer/songwriter and producer Santigold revealed the new single on her YouTube channel. The track is called "Disparate Youth" and is accompanied by an animated video, via Disco Naivete. Having formerly been in a rock band, worked at Epic Records and co-written/produced Res' debut album How I Do, Santigold first made her impact in the spotlight in 2008 with her debut album Santigold. Titled after her then stage-name, the album spawned the singles 'Creator" and "L.E.S. Artistes," "Lights Out' and "Say Aha."

Following a few collaborative features since – with the likes of Basement Jaxx, Beastie Boys and David Byrne – Santigold's new album Master of My Make Believe is now anticipated for release in Spring 2012. Check out below the upbeat track with reflective keys and electric riffs.
