Singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey debuts new song live Body Electric

After surprisingly releasing last week the Sirens album under another pseudoname May Jailer, the American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey recently debuted a brand new song at the El Rey Theater gig on Monday night, June 3rd. The track is titled "Body Electric" and it opens smoothly and continues that way filled with pop culture lyrics, such as: "Elvis is my daddy, Marilyn's my mother, and Jesus is my bestest friend." And despite she doesn't has a great reputation for her live session, this one sounds pretty good. Chekc it out after the jump.

Body Electric was part of Del Rey's ten-song set, which also featured her hit singles Video Games and Born to Die. She is also set to take the stage at the El Rey Theatre tonight, June 5th. There's no word yet on where the new track will appear.
