Mika has just unleashed the music vidoe supporting his new single "Celebrate". Though it originally features Pharrell Williams, the rapper does not appear in the clip.
Following a sold out headline show at Heaven and a stunning performance at this year's Lovebox Festival, multi-platinum pop-star Mika is finally returning with the first single from forthcoming album The Origin Of Love. Mika releases "Celebrate" on 30th September.
"This single is what happens when you combine a 22-year-old you find online, Fryars, with an extra-planetary Nick Littlemore and Pharrell Williams!" says Mika of "Celebrate. "Written by me, Pharrell and Fryars and produced by Nick, this kind of collaboration is only possible when everyone throws themselves into it wanting to have fun and without any ego. This collective and open attitude was at the heart of 'The Origin Of Love'. It's an album about crazy love songs and tolerance. It was recorded in Miami and London but mostly in Fryars' north London bedroom studio!"

About the controverses around his sexuality, he has recently come forward and recognized he's gay. In an interview with Instinct magazine, Mika stated: "If you ask me, 'Am I gay?', I say yeah. Are these songs about my relationship with a man? I say yeah. And it's only through my music that I've found the strength to come to terms with my sexuality beyond the context of just my lyrics. This is my real life."
