The RZA has unleashed the smash single from the upcoming forthcoming accompanying soundtrack to his movie The Man With The Iron Fists.

The track is titled "Tick, Tock" and is performed by Pusha T, Raekwon and Joell Ortiz. The RZA-directed kung fu epic is presented by Quentin Tarantino. With RZA in the title role, Russel Crowe as stranger-in-town Jack Knife and Lucy Liu as a madame, the film hits theaters November 2nd.

The soundtrack, featuring lots of Wu Tang, plus Kanye West, Wiz Khalifa, The Black Keys and Flatbush Zombies, arrives October 23rd via RZA's label Soul Temple, Stax and Red.

On the lyrical tip, Raekwon is now the Chef representing his crew in between hard-nosed opening and closing contributions from G.O.O.D. spitter Pusha T and Slaughterhouse emcee Joell Ortiz. The result is an atmospheric banger that should only leave fans more pumped for RZA's full-length directorial debut and its musical companion piece. Listen to the song in here.
