| Trends come and go, decades fly past, but the hardy power ballad will never die — at least not as long as Buckcherry have anything to say about it. The L.A. quintet, fresh off the radio ubiquity of ''Sorry'' last year, prove themselves masters of the form yet again with such generically sentimental anthems as ''Dreams'' and ''Don't Go Away'' on Black Butterfly. Up-tempo sleazefests like current single ''Too Drunk...'' round out their fourth CD.
