| | Treble | | After you're done reading this review, you'll realize just how ironic that quotation really is. Dead Moon is the best Northwestern rock band you've never heard of. In fact, even most Northwesterners react with vague confusion upon hearing the name. The only people who seem to know who this Clackamas, Oregon trio are happen to be other Northwestern bands or industry people `in the know.' Members of Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Mudhoney and a slew of indie artists claim Dead Moon as one of their absolute favorites, despite their relative anonymity....full text |
