 Seven years ago a South Bronx MC provided his Dirty Version of the world. From his work with Lord Finesse and Showbiz, his D.I.T.C approach to making music has placed him among the best Golden Age Hip-Hop artists. Offering his sophomore effort, A.G. returns with Get Dirty Radio. In an age of so-called “classics”, Get Dirty Radio delivers from every angle. When you have production from the likes of Madlib, DJ Design, Tommy Tee, Show, Jake One, Lord Finesse, Oh No, and J Dilla, you know you have a project with the production on par with the D.I.T.C masterpieces. Conveying a bicoastal appeal, tracks alternate between East and West Coast influenced cuts. For example, “If I Wanna” has A.G. riding over a straight West Coast beat provided by Jake One.
