The Matches are back and this album doesn't disappoint. With the likes of Tim Armstrong, Mark Hoppus and John Feldmann producing this album you expect it to deliver and it does. There are number of instruments used in the album such as strings, horns and even a bit of big beat techno in a couple of songs. The choruses are catchy leaving you with songs to remember and some songs are very teen orientated. Every song on here is different and unique so there's nothing similar or the same....full text |

| I am going to be up-front with you right now: This band is not for everyone. In fact, there are a good many of you that are going to straight up hate this album. There are quite a few reading this that would probably rather place nails in their ears than ever listen to this band. I, however, am not one of those people. In fact - I think this is one of the best albums to be released this year and one of the most creative and innovative bands to be creating pop/punk/rock music in our, or any, genre....full text |

| For a record as unfocused as Decomposer can be at times, its a wonder the album is as memorable as it is. What stands out most upon its conclusion is that The Matches are band who aren't afraid to take risks....full text |
