Aphex Twin zealots will have gorged already on every squelch and bleep of this compilation, given that its ten tracks were issued as a series of singles last year. Others will be pleasantly surprised by Richard James’s first album since the impenetrable Drukqs from 2001. Gone are the drill ‘n’ bass cacophonies; in their place a stream of darkly glittering retro electronica.

James since his last album proper, 'Drukqs' in 2001. Patent lies, of course - this is merely a collection that unites parts of the limited edition series of 12" that Rephlex released under the Analord moniker in 2005....full text
